Hi! Jim here from halfmealhabit.com!

I wanted to show you this plan in action so I made a quick video of me preparing my lunch.  I know.  Wow.  Exciting.

I made this because I want you all to understand how easy this plan is to follow.   What is the best way to lose weight?  Follow the Half Meal Habit, that’s how!  Take 2 minutes to watch this and change your life.

Yes, it’s that easy!  Once  your body gets used to these smaller meals, you will have a hard time over-eating.  And that’s a good thing.  The best way to lose weight is to cut calories without your psyche really knowing it.  Get used to these smaller meals and you will invariably lose weight.  It might be slower than you want (about 6-8 lbs. a month) but you won’t even realize you’re restricting your calories and dropping pounds!  Also, if you lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, you will invariably (there’s that word again!) gain it all back.

What is the best way to lose weight quickly?

what is the best way to lose weight, what is the best way to lose weight fast, what is the best and fastest way to lose weight, what is the best way to lose weight quickly, what is the best and quickest way to lose weightSome people think if they work out a lot they can lose weight.  It’s true…they can.  But eventually they won’t have the time to work out and their weight will come back!  And it’s not even about the “diet.”  It’s all about the amount of calories you’re consuming!  The Habit gets you to eat a LOT less calories without changing your food choices.

You’re probably still wanting to know the fastest, quickest, most rapid way.  The fact is, the Half Meal Habit is none of those, but it is the best way.  The worst way?  Cutting back on your food intake so much, restricting your diet to such a degree, that you end up starving your body.  Guess what?  It’s going to rebel!  It’s going to scream at you to feed, feed, feed it!  So if you’re curious as to what is the best and quickest way to lose weight, STARVING YOURSELF is not it!

The Half Meal Habit is not the fastest or quickest way to lose weight.  Still, 6 pounds every 30 days…in 3 months, you will be down 18 to 24 pounds!  And that’s a more permanent weight loss, not just a “quick-fix-gain-it-all-back-eventually” loss.  This is what you’re going to get if you continually vie to find out what is the best way to lose weight.

So, focus on what is the BEST way to lose weight!   And you probably already know, slow and steady wins the race.  All you need to do is to follow this simple “diet” plan.  Eat what you want–WHATEVER you want–just eat less of it and you will start to see results with your weight loss goals!

What is the best way to lose weight fast?

You know now that the answer to that question is a trap.  It’s so sad that everyone in the world is so focused on speed!  What is going on?  I’ll tell you.  Everybody wants that “quick fix” because they associate losing weight with struggle and strife!   I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be that way!  You don’t have to suffer when you lose weight.  You won’t have to STARVE yourself to drop pounds.  You also don’t have to kill yourself with fifty hours of workouts per week.  With the Half Meal Habit, all you need to do is eat less than you are now, drink plenty of water at the right times, and workout a TOTAL of 45 to 60 minutes a week.  Those are the three rules: Eat Less, Move More, and Hydrate.  I will show you how to do these things relatively painlessly…and I will show you how to start with you very next meal!  You barely have to think…check it out…you won’t be sorry!
