Yes, it’s that easy! Once your body gets used to these smaller meals, you will have a hard time over-eating. And that’s a good thing. The best way to lose weight is to cut calories without your psyche really knowing it. Get used to these smaller meals and you will invariably lose weight. It might be slower than you want (about 6-8 lbs. a month) but you won’t even realize you’re restricting your calories and dropping pounds! Also, if you lose a lot of weight in a short period of time, you will invariably (there’s that word again!) gain it all back.
Some people think if they work out a lot they can lose weight. It’s true…they can. But eventually they won’t have the time to work out and their weight will come back! And it’s not even about the “diet.” It’s all about the amount of calories you’re consuming! The Habit gets you to eat a LOT less calories without changing your food choices.
