You may have heard that the best way to lose weight is to simply eat less. Easier said than done, right? Not according to the Half Meal Habit. We teach you how you can painlessly cut your meals in half, eat all day, and never go hungry. You’ll drop about 400 to 800 calories from your diet every day.
So, how many calories to lose weight should you consume? We are always told we need to cut calories, but that is hard to do. We start tons of research, taking notes, keeping a journal, and on and on, until we get frustrated and quit. I was DONE with all of that nonsense and worked out a way to eat less by eating half meals. I explain it all in the half meal habit ebook. I also break it down here, on the “eat less” page, where you won’t be needing to bring your “how many calories to lose weight calculator!”
After watching that video, you’ll know how to eat less by cutting meals in half and what to do from there. Here’s a video that talks about an exception to the rule:
Whenever you hear this statement, you’re probably thinking they are saying you need to eat more food when in reality you need to eat more often. That is what cranks up your metabolism, changes the way your body accepts food into your system, and starts to force your body to adapt to getting less calories per sitting. No storage of extra calories on your body when you eat like this! That’s why it is so important to not have “three square meals a day” and instead have “five half-meals a day.” These smaller meals will fill you up with a lot less calories and you will lose weight.
Adding quick HIIT workouts only accelerates any kind of weight loss you might be striving for. You won’t have to spend your LIFE in a gymnasium like an Olympic athlete. I don’t have TIME to be an Olympic athlete, do you?!?!
According to the latest studies, eating less calories will help you live longer. I don’t know about you, but I’d love to live longer! There is a man who cut his daily intake down to 700 calories per day. Now, I don’t care to live THAT long! I love food too much to cut it down that low. Still, the potential health benefits of the Half Meal Habit and cutting out 400 to 800 calories is enormous. Here’s the ever-informative Wiki page on the subject: Calorie restriction helps you live longer.
I’m not suggesting you go completely off the rails and start eating as little as possible. That’s not what we’re all about. We are about losing weight be eating less without cutting out your favorite foods or causing yourself to go hungry. That is the worst feeling in the world to me!
So, start eating less, moving more, and hydrating your way to a thinner you and get ready to live a long life!
