the best way to lose weight, what is the best way to lose weight, the best way to lose weight, what s the best way to lose weight, what is the best way to lose weight fast, the best way to lose weight fast, is running the best way to lose weightDiets Suck!

Don’t eat this, don’t eat that, eat all of this, eat some of that…ugh!  It’s enough to drive you to the closest drive-thru.  Everyone always says, “I can’t.  I’m on a diet.”  It’s depressing.

The best way to lose weight that I have found is following the Half Meal Habit.  I don’t ever have to say I can’t.  I always CAN because I get to eat whatever I want.  I just don’t eat so much.  I just don’t stuff my gob full of entire platefuls (notice it’s plural, kids?) of food.  I have half meals, and believe it or not, they fill me up!

What is the best way to lose weight?

You already know what’s the best way to lose weight.  You just don’t want to talk about it.  The mantra heard round the world is “Diet & Exercise.”  Sure, that’s true.  But it is off a little and it is why that statement is extremely frustrating!

First of all, we are told to diet.  The problem is, nobody shows us how.  Sure there are a billion gurus out there hawking a book or diet plan they want to sell you, but they are dishonest.  You don’t need their information.  Actually, you should avoid any fad diets whatsoever! Many of those diets are unhealthy and even dangerous.  They certainly aren’t the best way to lose weight!

Dieting is usually based in restrictive rules that deny you any sort of culinary pleasure.  In other words, eat this dreck or stay fat!  This isn’t how you have to live your life.  You can eat all the foods you love and still drop the pounds.

Secondly, we’re told to exercise.  The first thing that comes to mind for me is the countless hours running on a treadmill or elliptical, lifting weights, and so on.  It’s tedious, monotonous, ridiculous. We won’t stick to it even if we enjoy it at first.  It always becomes too much of a chore and we quit.

Working out a certain way for about 15 minutes every other day is all you need.

Third, there’s a main component missing to this equation, and that is to drink a lot of water.  Water is a crucial tool in your weight loss regimen.  So the quote should be “Diet & Exercise & Hydrate.”

What is the best way to lose weight fast?

It’s all about calorie in vs. calories burned.  Period.  Yes, you can fancify your food intake by cutting carbs, eating tons of beef, cutting out sugar, etc. but you damn well know you’re going to go back to what you like eventually.  So, guess what?  THAT diet is NOT going to work for you.

So, the bottom line is, the best way to lose weight fast is to eat less calories than you burn.  The larger that gap, the more weight you will lose.  Period.

Is running the best way to lose weight?

It can certainly be a great way to stoke the fires of your fat furnace, but unless you really, really, REALLY love to run, just know, you won’t keep doing it.  Plus, it doesn’t add that fat scorching lean muscle you really need.  Only HIIT workouts give you that cardio AND burn that kicks booty!

With the Half Meal Habit, you’ll be eating less of what you love, working out a lot less than you expect, and drinking water at specific times throughout your day.  Do you think you could handle that?  I’ve been doing it for 6 months now.  This is me after my first 100 days:
